Très bien situé dans Marseille : métro et bus devant la porte, commerces compétitifs à proximité, plages au bout de l'avenue d'un côté, le coeur de la ville de l'autre côté.
Idéal pour un séjour touristique, y compris avec enfants ! (piscine dans l'établissement)
