CITEA aparthotels are located in large towns nation-wide, close to town centres and near
transport systems and business centres. For the residences, the houses are located in
parks or extensive, fully secured wooded areas, some of which boast a pool; each
accommodation unit has its own terrace or small garden overlooking landscaped areas.
Each apartment, studio or two-room flat has an area of approximately 20 m² to 50 m², and
each houses of 2 to 4 rooms, bright accommodation of 23 to 105 m²,have undergone
scrupulous attention in terms of decoration, colour-scheme and furniture so that it can
offer you pleasant, functional accommodation where you will be able to relax, work and

on the length of your stay.
